Consider these questions

Do you feel the drawing of the Spirit of the Lord into the place of prayer?

If you answered yes to many of these questions, there may be a strong indication that God is drawing you into the ministry of the watchman.

A watchman is not simply someone who prays. A watchman is one who is positioned, alert, discerning, obedient, and entrusted with an assignment from God.

“Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me.”
Ezekiel 3:17

The question is not merely, “Do I feel called?” The deeper question is:

“Am I willing to be positioned on the wall, hear what God is saying, carry His burden, and obey His voice — even when it is difficult?”
